Exhibition rules

1. Fill in the application form by post or fax to the organization unit;

2. The principle of order allocation of booths: “first apply, pay first, arrange first”, and double-open booths will be charged 20%;

3. Exhibitors should transfer 50% of the participation fee to the organization unit within 4 days after applying for the booth. The booth will be reserved. After the participation fee is remitted, please fax the bank remittance slip to the organization unit, we will receive it. After the participation fee is issued;

4. After receiving the application for participation and the booth fee, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitor before May 15, 2016;
